Rifyne provides MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services for a fixed fee of $7,000 USD, plus applicable AI token costs. Our services include web application development, deployment, and 30 days of post-launch support.
Payment is structured as follows:
The $7,000 fixed fee covers development work that can be completed within our standard timeline (2-4 weeks). If your project scope exceeds this, we will work with you to adjust features to fit the budget. We reserve the right to decline projects that cannot be scoped appropriately.
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all source code, designs, and deliverables created for your project. Rifyne retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
30 days of post-launch support is included in the base fee, covering bug fixes, minor adjustments, and deployment assistance. Support requests must be submitted through your dashboard. Feature additions and major changes are billed separately at our hourly rate.
Unlimited revisions are included during the active development phase, provided they remain within the original project scope. Changes that alter the fundamental scope or add new features may require additional time and cost.
If you cancel before work begins, we will refund your deposit minus a $500 administrative fee. Once development has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed. If we cannot deliver within the agreed scope, we will refund the remaining balance.
Rifyne's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered product. You are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring proper hosting infrastructure.
Your project may integrate third-party services (payment processors, authentication providers, AI APIs, etc.). You are responsible for creating accounts, maintaining compliance, and paying for usage of these services. We will assist with setup and integration during development.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
